What are typical lead times?
Lead times are typically 4-5 weeks because each item is made to order.

Shipping?
FOB Burlington, VT. All customers are responsible for inspecting shipment for damage and recording damage prior to signing the BOL.
If shipment is damaged, please share photo evidence of damage and immediately make Northwest Industrial Storage aware via email. (Must be done within 24 hours of delivery)
Doing so will enable us to ensure customers are able to replace items damaged during shipment free of charge.
